Cancellation Policy – La Conciergerie Joya

In order to ensure a fair balance between flexibility for travelers and protection for hosts, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made through our concierge service.

Travelers may cancel their reservation free of charge up to fourteen (14) days before the scheduled arrival date. In this case, the total amount paid at the time of booking will be fully refunded. No justification is required to benefit from this free cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation made between fourteen (14) and seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a partial refund of fifty percent (50%) of the total booking amount will be granted. The remaining balance will not be refunded. This measure is intended to cover potential losses related to re-listing the accommodation within a short time frame.

Any cancellation made seven (7) days or less before the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund. This condition applies regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation, except in cases of recognized force majeure.

Force majeure cases, such as unforeseeable events beyond the traveler’s control (natural disasters, hospitalization, death, etc.), may be reviewed individually upon presentation of supporting documents. Depending on the situation, a partial or full refund, or a rescheduling of the stay, may be offered as an exception.

All cancellation requests must be made through the original booking platform. The timeframes mentioned in this policy are calculated based on the scheduled check-in time at the property, in local time (Troyes).

This policy aims to establish a clear and predictable framework for all parties, while taking into account the realities of seasonal rental management.
